2021 ACBF Law Firm Pro Bono Achievement Award

DFL Legal was awarded the 2021 Law Firm Pro Bono Achievement Award by the Allegheny County Bar Foundation at the Fall Foundation Reception on October 6, 2021. Brian Davidson accepted the award on behalf of the Firm. The DFL Legal team of Abe Delnore and Andrew Giel represented an inmate serving a life sentence in federal prison. Our team of attorneys successfully negotiated a settlement that was favorable to our client in a complicated case, helping to improve the connection to his family and aid his integration into the general population after years of solitary confinement. The case taken as part of the Federal Inmates Civil Rights Pro Bono Project.
