Mr. Kreit’s practice is concentrated in the area of complex litigation, e-discovery, regulatory banking law, and construction litigation.  Mr. Kreit’s commercial litigation practice ranges from individual to complex, multi-party commercial matters.  His experience includes construction litigation disputes ranging from small claims to those in excess of hundreds of millions of dollars.  Mr. Kreit also has experience with legal technology, including e-discovery and is well versed in common privilege issues.  He has also been involved with researching and successfully resolving complex discovery disputes, including preparation for in camera document review hearings.

Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Kreit was a summer intern for the Honorable Judge Joy Flowers Conti, the current Chief Judge of the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. There, he undertook legal research on complex litigation matters and assisted in drafting memoranda.
