Brutout and Sakoian to Present at ACBA Construction Section

DFL Legal's Samantha Brutout and Haig Sakoian along with Kari Horner Ashcroft of Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. will present at Allegheny County Bar Association's CLE " Discovery Pitfalls: Revisiting Key Discovery Issues In Construction Litigation" on Wednesday, December 15th at 2:00 pm. This program will offer construction litigators an overview on key discovery issues. This includes a refresher on standard issues, as well as a look at how discovery has changed. The annual Construction Law Section Holiday Party will immediately follow.
