David Meredith
Mr. Meredith’s practice is concentrated in the area of construction litigation.  In addition, Mr. Meredith focuses his practice on handling complex, commercial litigation matters involving products, commercial, and transportation liability in both state and federal court.  He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, such as conducting pretrial discovery, drafting and arguing motions, trial preparation, and negotiating, drafting and finalizing settlement agreements. 

As an Opinion Writer for the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, Mr. Meredith drafted opinions involving claim, review, reinstatement, penalty, termination and other petitions.  As a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. McCullough of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, Meredith drafted opinions and memoranda pertaining to land use, workers’ compensation, and unemployment compensation.
