Pete discusses the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision in Badgerow, wherein the Court resolved a Circuit split regarding the jurisdictional analysis applicable when petitioning to enforce, modify, or vacate an arbitration award under the Federal Arbitration Act.
