Three DFL Partners to Speak at the 2021 SuperConference

Brian Davidson, John Dingess and Jim Malloy will speak at the upcoming SuperConference and DFL Legal is once again sponsoring the event. The conference will be held at the J.W. Marriott, Orlando, Florida, December 6-8, 2021.

Jim Malloy will be the moderator and Brian Davidson will be a panelist at the "Infrastructure Construction in the Biden Administration: What will the Build Back Better Plan mean for the Construction Industry?" session to be held on Wednesday, December 8th from 10:15 am to 11:30 am. The other panelist include: Jeff Burd, Owner, Tall Timber Group; David Hume, Vice President of U.S. Group Legal Services, BL Harbert International LLC; Roger LeBoeuf, Senior Lead Counsel, Capital Delivery, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority; and Patrick McGeehin, Senior Managing Director, FTI Consulting.

John Dingess will be a panelist at the "Managing Multiple Experts in Complex Construction Disputes" session to be held on Tuesday, December 7th at 9:45 am to 11:00 am. The other panelist include Neal Sweeney of Jones Walker and FTI Consulting's Andrew Rhodes, Senior Managing Director and Laura Miller, Managing Director.
